I’ve been craving lamb for so long. In fact, lamb is probably one of my favorite dishes to cook and especially to eat. It has a very distinct flavor compared to steaks and chickens. I usually love to grill my lamb or braise it, but due to time constraints I decided to bake it instead.
To marinate the lamb I used:
Smoked paprika
Dried Oregano
Cinnamon
Olive Oil
Sea Salt and freshly grounded pepper
Garlic!!! I love garlic
Cumin Seed
Chile peppers
Combine all ingredients and then rub it on the lamb. You could cook the lamb right away, but it would be better if you can at least cover and marinate it for an hour. I broiled the lamb for about 5-6 minutes to get a crisp top, and then baked it at 325F for about 12-15 minutes for a medium rare.
